MANILA, Philippines – Partly cloudy to cloudy skies will persist over the whole country on Friday, April 1, according to state weather bureau PAGASA. 

In its 5 pm bulletin Thursday, March 31, PAGASA said these skies will still bring isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms, mostly over the eastern section.  

Easterlies are affecting the eastern section of the country.

Light to moderate winds will blow from the east to southeast over extreme Northern Luzon and from the east to northeast over the rest of the country. Coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate.
