MANILA, Philippines – Partly cloudy to cloudy skies will prevail over the country on Monday, April 4, according to state weather bureau PAGASA.

In its afternoon bulletin on Sunday, April 3, the weather agency added that these skies will bring isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly over the eastern section of the archipelago.

Northern Luzon will experience light to moderate winds from the east to southeast while the rest of the country will have winds from the east to northeast. Coastal waters will be slight to moderate throughout the country.
