Light to moderate rains in VisMin, parts of Luzon on Friday

MANILA, Philippines – Cloudy skies will bring light to moderate rains and thunderstorms over Visayas, Mindanao, and the provinces of Aurora, Quezon, Palawan, and Mindoro on Friday, July 1, according to state weather bureau PAGASA.  

In its 5 pm bulletin Thursday, June 30, PAGASA said an intertropical convergence zone is affecting Visayas and Mindanao. 

Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. 

Coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate, as light to moderate winds blow from the east to southeast over Luzon, and from the southwest to southeast over the rest of the country.
