MANILA, Philippines – Tropical Storm Odette (Khanun) was moving over the coast of Ilocos Sur late Friday morning, October 13, hours after making landfall in Santa Ana, Cagayan.

In a bulletin issued 11 am on Friday, state weather bureau PAGASA said Odette is already 45 kilometers west of Sinait, Ilocos Sur, moving west southwest at 24 kilometers per hour (km/h).
