Metro Manila: Intense rainfall seen by 5 pm
MANILA, Philippines — Typhoon Yolanda (international name: Haiyan) will bring heavy to intense rainfall to Metro Manila on Friday afternoon, according to state weather bureau PAGASA.
It will dump 10-20 mm per hour of rainfall from 5 pm or 6 pm Friday. But the rainfall will not be "concentrated" because the typhoon is moving very fast, the bureau added.
