MANILA, Philippines – The country will experience fair weather Monday, February 3, the state weather bureau PAGASA said.

Luzon and Visayas will feel the effect of the easterly winds, the bureau said in its 24-hour forecast Sunday, February 2.

Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms can be expected across the country, the bureau said.

Prevailing winds will come from the east to southeast over Luzon and Visayas. The rest of the country will feel the prevailing winds come from the east to northeast.

There are currently no tropical cyclones within the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).
