Rainy Tuesday for parts of Luzon

MANILA, Philippines – The northeast monsoon will bring light to moderate rains in parts of Luzon on Tuesday, October 28, according to state weather bureau PAGASA.

Specifically, Bicol region and the provinces of Quezon and Aurora will likely have light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms on Tuesday, said the agency in their October 27, 5 pm bulletin.

Cagayan Valley, meanwhile, may experience light rains.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country can expect isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly in the east.

Northern Luzon and the eastern parts of Central and Southern Luzon will experience moderate to strong winds coming from the northeast. These winds will make coastal waters in these parts moderate to rough.

In other parts of the archipelago, winds are likely to be light to moderate resulting in calmer seas.
