MANILA, Philippines – It will be a cloudy Friday, November 7, for different parts of Mindanao, state weather bureau PAGASA said. 
In its 5 pm bulletin Thursday, November 6, PAGASA said Zamboanga Peninsula, ARMM, and SOCCSKSARGEN will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. 
An intertropical convergence zone is affecting Mindanao, while a northeast monsoon is affecting Northern Luzon.  
The regions of Cagayan Valley, Cordillera, and Ilocos will have partly cloudy skies with isolated light rains. Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. 
Coastal seas will be moderate to rough as moderate to occasionally strong winds blow from the northeast over the northern and eastern sections of Luzon.
Elsewhere, they will be slight to moderate as light to moderate winds blow from the northeast.
