MANILA, Philippines – Eastern Visayas and Mindanao will have cloudy skies with moderate to occasionally heavy rains and thunderstorms on Saturday, June 27, said state weather bureau PAGASA.

In its 5 pm bulletin on Friday, June 26, PAGASA said these rains may trigger flashfloods and landslides. An intertropical convergence zone is still affecting Mindanao. 

Palawan and the rest of Visayas will have light to moderate rains and thunderstorms, while Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated thunderstorms.

Coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate as light to moderate winds blow from the southwest.
