Methodist Church: Militarization has turned Negros into 'howling wilderness'

The groups then marched to the UP Sunken Garden and plant the crosses and lit candles to symbolizing the massacre of victims of violence According to Ralph Baguinon, spokesperson for the UP Rises Against Tyranny and Dictatorship, the killing spree is being carried out by some elements of the military and police over government opponents He said the administration should address its violence and inability to implement real land reform for farmers.
