(UPDATED) The Department of Justice dismisses the petition of the parents of Horacio 'Atio' Castillo III as it was filed too late. It also denies the petitions for review of Marcelino Bagtang and Ralph Trangia, which means all 10 Aegis Juris fratmen will stand trial for hazing.
