The Raptors reach the brink of their first NBA title after a Game 4 drubbing of the Warriors



OAKLAND, USA – Toronto advanced to the brink of a first NBA title as Kawhi Leonard scored 36 points and the Raptors ripped defending champion Golden State, 105-92, Friday, June 7 (Saturday, June 8, Philippine time)  in the NBA Finals. 

Serge Ibaka netted 20 points off the bench and Pascal Siakam added 19 for the Raptors, who grabbed a commanding 3-1 edge in the best-of-seven series. (READ: Cool-as-ice Kawhi sinks ‘big-boy shots’ as Raptors near title dream)

“We’re going to get back there and they are going to be crazy in Toronto,” coach Nick Nurse said as the Raptors could end it in Game 5 Monday in Toronto.

“We have never really talked about the series score and we know this is a great team and we know how hard we have to play to beat them.”
