Kobe Paras yearns that he and Gilas Pilipinas will be a beacon of hope for Filipinos undergoing trying times as they take center stage in the second window of the FIBA Asia Cup 2021 Qualifiers.
“A lot of things are happening. Hopefully, as a team we can bring hope to people,” Paras told Sports Page in a mix of Filipino and English.
Gilas Pilipinas faces Thailand in the first of their two meetings at 9 pm on Friday, November 27.
