MANILA, Philippines – It's time for the largest sporting event in the Philippines!
From April 15 to 21, over 12,000 student-athletes from all regions in the country will converge in Vigan, Ilocos Sur, for the 61st edition of the annual Palarong Pambansa.
In 2017, the National Capital Region was the overall champion for 13th straight year with 98 golds, 66 silvers, and 45 golds. Southern Tagalog Region came second with 41-57-57 medal haul, while Western Visayas Region settled for third place with 38-29-40 medal count.
