NCAA postpones Thursday games due to Typhoon Falcon

Games between San Beda College and San Sebastian College-Recolletos at 2 pm and Lyceum of the Philippines University versus Emilio Aguinaldo College at 4 pm will be moved to a later date.
Typhoon Falcon, also known for its international name Chan-Hom, entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) on Wednesday, July 8.
According to Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), the tropical cyclone’s track shows that it is not likely to reach the Philippine landmass, but Falcon registered winds of 130 kilometers/hour (km/h) and gusts of up to 160 km/h.
PAGASA reported that Falcon will be outside PAR by the evening of Friday, July 10. - Rappler.com
