Power Mac Center opens its first Mobile Care Service Center
Apple users can now get their products repaired at Power Mac Center's service center at The Podium

MANILA, Philippines – Apple product retailer Power Mac Center opened its first service center on Friday, May 31.

For years, the retailer has been among several stores licensed to officially  distribute Apple products in the Philippines. Apple doesn’t have its own store in the country so it relies on third-party distributors and telcos to carry their products.

With the opening of the service center, the store’s director of product management and marketing, Joey Alvarez, noted the rising demand for Apple product servicing. “The PMC Mobile Care Service Center is designed to respond to the rising demand for service centers to accommodate customers who are seeking for repair services near them. Our team of experts is more than ready to assist our loyal Apple users in any related concern,” Alvarez said.

Located at The Podium in Ortigas, the service center says it’s fully equipped to give consumers the best support and maintenance, including carry-in repairs, on-site repairs, non-repair services, preventive maintenance, and mail-in services.

The service center opening comes after the establishment of Power Mac Center’s customer services arm, MobileCare Services Philippines, Inc. The arm caters to all repair service needs of Apple customers in the Philippines, including preventive maintenance packages.
