Pia Wurtzbach: No sabotage, no catfights in Bb Pilipinas

In an interview on Mornings@ANC Tuesday, March 17, Pia said no sabotage ever happened, and that all of the candidates are good friends.

“This is one of the friendliest batches of Binibinis I’ve encountered,” Pia said. “During normal days when we have activities or sponsored visits, we are very friendly to each other, like we help each other with the hair and makeup.”

“When it’s time to be on our game, that’s when we start getting a little bit competitive. But we’re friendly. It’s not true, what you hear on TV or whatever, that may mga nagsa-sabotage (some were trying to sabotage) or may mga cat fights. That’s not true,” she added.

Pia said that pageant staff and security were always with them for their activities and are always on guard for any signs of trouble.

“We have our staff, our lady guards who are watching over us all the time. Mapapagalitan kami [kapag may mangyari man]. Mababait kaming lahat,” she said. (We will definitely be scolded if anything happens. We are all nice to each other.)

News circulated that Pia’s long gown for the coronation night was found dirty before the actual show. Ines Ligron, a French fashion and beauty producer, and former Miss Japan trainer even shared it on her Facebook page.
