MANILA, Philippines (UPDATED) - It will be a relatively "peaceful" All Saints' Day weather-wise across the Philippines on Thursday, November 1.
There is no major weather disturbance in the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR), and the northeast monsoon, or the "Amihan," is still affecting Luzon, the state weather bureau PAGASA said.
The cold front is affecting the Batanes islands, while northern Luzon will have cloudy skies with light rain.
The rest of the country will have partly cloudy skies with some brief rain or thunderstorms.
With the Amihan, Luzon and Eastern Visayas will feel moderate to occasionally strong winds from the northeast, causing moderate to rough seas.
The rest of the country will feel light to moderate winds from the northeast, causing slight to moderate seas.
The sun is expected to rise at 5:51 am, and will set at 5:28 pm.
