MANILA, Philippines – (UPDATED) This year’s Bench fashion show is expected to be bold and daring with it’s title The Naked Truth.  It also has surprises for the audience. (READ: Transgender model joins Bench’s #NakedTruth fashion show)

No Bench fashion show would be complete without the couples. They bring star power to the show and kilig moments for the audience. With more than 15 stars gracing the show, here are some of the popular duos who walked down the stage in the past shows. 

1. Richard Gomez and Lucy Torres  

The power couple of the brand, Richard and Lucy have been part of the clothing line’s fashion show since its early beginning, with Richard being the first endorser.  Both have walked together down the runway with their daughter Juliana, also a brand ambassador. Despite being busy with their respective careers, the two make sure they attend Bench events to show support for the new crop of models on stage.

2. Georgina Wilson and Borgy Manotoc 

The two may have walked separately on stage, but came together during the finale of their segment for 2012’s Bench Universe. Although they try to maintain their relationship private, expect sparks on stage if they walk the catwalk together in this year’s show.

3. Manny Pacquiao and Jinkee Pacquiao 

The People’s champ and his wife walked down the Bench runway for the very first time at 2012’s Bench Universe. The couple released a line of fragrances for Bench – Lucky Punch and Lucky Charm. 

4. Melai Cantiveros and Jason Francisco

Love bloomed between the two when they were inside the Pinoy Big Brother house in 2009, where Melai emerged as the winner. The two joined Bench as endorsers and participated in 2010’s Uncut and 2012’s Universe. The two got married in December 2013 and is blessed with a daughter, Amelia.

5. Daniel Padilla and Kathryn Bernardo

Fans of KathNiel will surely expect the two to walk together on the runway for the first time in this year’s show. Kathryn has previously graced 2012’s Universe, while this will be the first for Daniel. 

6. Richard Gutierrez and Sarah Lahbati

Their relationship went through a rough path when the actress abruptly left for Switzerland in January 2013 after a legal battle with GMA-7. in June 2014, the couple admitted that they were already parents to a boy, Zion. Since then, life has been good for the couple, with Sarah’s case ironed out and Richard returning to television via the reality show, It Takes Gutz to be a Gutierrez, alongside his family and Sarah.

Organizers said on Friday morning, September 19, that the show is pushing through as scheduled that night despite Tropical Storm Mario.

UPDATE: the show has since been postponed by Bench, to Saturday, September 20.
