UPLB’s Engineering Congress to tackle dev’t of PH public transport system
PRESS RELEASE: The congress is open to delegates who want to learn more about engineering and are passionate to improve the Philippine public transportation system

This is a press release from the University of the Philippines Los Baños Civil Engineering Executive Organization

Hoping to improve the state of the country’s public transportation system, University of the Philippines Los Baños Civil Engineering Executive Organization (UPLB CEO) will be holding its Engineering Congress from February 8 to 9 at UPLB.

Now in its 15th year, the congress will be opening its doors for students and professionals around the country who want to learn more about engineering and are passionate to improve the Philippine public transportation system.

The congress is an annual two-day nationwide event featuring the Engineering Seminar and the Executives’ Challenge. To continue last year’s discussion on urban planning, the seminar will focus on the development of the transportation system in the Philippines.

Happening on the second day of the congress is the Executives’ Challenge, an intercollegiate quiz contest for engineering students where a total of P110,000 is up for grabs.
