Metro Manila road reblocking: February 21-24

MANILA, Philippines – Even as major road work in Metro Manila begins, smaller roads work projects will also start over the weekend.

Here’s a list of road reblocking and repairs by the Department of Public Works and Highways:

• Along EDSA between Boni Avenue and Guadalupe Bridge (Southbound), Mandaluyong City
• Along EDSA between Guadalupe Bridge and South Drive (Southbound, 5th Lane), Makati City
• Along EDSA between Don Ang Street and Gen. Tinio Street, (Northbound, Lane 5), Caloocan City

Repairs will begin at 10 pm on Friday, February 21, and will end by 5am on Monday, February 24. All roads will be passable by Monday morning, said the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority. If possible, motorists should use different routes.
