Two films, Pixar’s Coco (2017) and Disney’s Gigantic (2018), have also finalized their titles.

We’ve learned a number of things about Toy Story 4, Coco, and Gigantic from August’s D23 Expo as well as from a Pixar presentation attended by Rappler in Singapore.

Toy Story 4 will feature a love story between Woody and Bo Peep, the porcelain figurine we last saw in Toy Story 2 and referred to in Toy Story 3

Coco is a film about the Day of the Dead, the famous Mexican holiday. At the Singapore presentation, we saw an early clip previewing the film’s look and film. It’s spectacular – a cacophony of sounds and a whirl of visual delight. The clip we saw featured a dazzling array of skeletons dancing joyfully in costume. At the heart of it all, one disguise falls away – revealing not a skeleton, but a young boy, presumably the protagonist, Miguel. (READ: Pixar teases new film ‘Coco’ at D23 Expo

Songwriters Kristen Anderson Lopez and Robert Lopez, who both worked on Frozen, will be working on the music for Gigantic too.
