MANILA, Philippines – Pinoy Big Brother housemate Banjo Dangalan has been evicted from the Big Brother house after making several “jokes” about raping his fellow housemate Gino Roque.
In an episode that aired on June 4, Banjo, whose moniker is “the funny fighter of Quezon City,” started heckling his fellow housemate Gino Roque IV, joking about raping him while he slept
“Siguro masarap itong katabi sa pagtulog (maybe this one will be nice to sleep next to at night),” he said. “Pagsasamantalahan ko muna ‘to (I’m going to rape this one).”
“Paggising nito wala na ‘tong saplot (when this one wakes up, he’ll be naked),” he went on, before saying “Good morning,” while doing a humping motion.
Banjo’s jokes left his other housemates uncomfortable, and prompted the female housemates to air their concerns to Big Brother.
Banjo then got called in by Big Brother, who force-evicted him from the house.
“Ang pananamantala sa kapwa sa kahit anong konteksto ay hindi dapat ginagawang biro at kailanman hindi ko maaraing palagpasin ang mga ganitong klaseng biro sa loob ng aking bahay,” Big Brother said.

“Malinaw din na nakasaad sa aking rule book na hindi kayo maaring gumamit ng mga salitang nakakabastos sa inyong kapwa housemates,” he added.
(It is also clearly stated in my rule book that you are not allowed to use words that are offensive to your fellow housemates.)
Banjo seemed to receive the news with disbelief, and eventually broke down in tears.
