MANILA, Philippines – Singer Yeng Constantino and her boyfriend Yan Asuncion got married on Saturday, February 14 at Hacienda Isabella, Cavite.

Last February 2014, Yeng announced that she got engaged to Yan after 8 months of dating. In an interview on The Buzz a month later, Yeng said that the proposal happened in a field at The Fort, after they watched a play. The two met in 2012 and beame a couple in 2013.

The couple’s pre-nuptial video was released last December, shot in La Union.

Yeng rose to fame as winning the first season of reality singing TV competition Pinoy Dream Academy in 2006. She went on to release tracks such as “Hawak Kamay” and “Salamat.” Meanwhile, Yan serves as the vocalist of alternative band Indios. – Rappler.com
