WATCH: Piolo Pascual, Sarah Geronimo in ‘Breakup Playlist’ trailer

MANILA, Philippines – The trailer for the new romantic movie starring Sarah Geronimo and Piolo Pascual is here. 

In The Breakup Playlist, Sarah is Trixie, a talented law student who meets Gino (Piolo), who asks her to join his band. They soon fall in love, but their relationship faces numerous challenges as they struggle to navigate life, love, and careers. 

This is the first time fans will see Sarah and Piolo in a movie project. In a previous interview, Sarah talked about how thrilled she was working with Piolo. (READ: Sarah Geronimo: Iba talaga si Piolo Pascual)

“Akala ko noon na-overcome ko na ‘yong pagkakilig ko sa kanya at pagka-mesmerize ko sa kanya,” she said. (I thought I’d gotten over the giddy phase, and being mesmerized by him.)

“Pero grabe talaga kapag ka-eksena ko siya, iba, grabe talaga. Grabeng gwapo, sobrang gwapo talaga,” she said.  (But it’s different when you do a scene with him. Very different. He’s so handsome, he really is.)
