The emotionally charged performance brought the evening to a close, inviting fellow Filipinos to power through and discover even greater strength within after the devastation post typhoon Yolanda. “Just believe we shall discover more strength than we had then / Just believe there is a reason even for those we can’t explain,” sang the cast to the crowd, to the viewers, to the world.

Maestro Ryan Cayabyab was also seen playing the piano during the performance and singing along, adding his own voice to the distinguished lineup onstage.
