Long road to the crown
Making it to the coronation night entailed a long journey for the candidates – from swimsuit competitions to seminars on environmental awareness.
The pageant has been widely talked about after two candidates, Leslie Pine and Bencelle Bianzon, fainted during one of the pageants’ activites due to “excessive dieting.”
Herrell gave an exemplary answer during the question and answer portion. Former Akbayan Representative Risa Hontiveros asked her whether human beings have been good children to Mother Earth.
Herrell answered no as humans are the main cause of Mother Earth’s problems.
