• University of Baguio – classes in college level, including School of Law and Graduate School
• Benguet – classes from preschool to high school

REGION II (Cagayan Valley)

• Cagayan – classes at all levels

REGION III (Central Luzon)

• Malolos City, Bulacan – classes from preschool to high school
• San Miguel, Bulacan – classes at all levels
