MANILA, Philippines – A long list of celebrated foreign and local artists and writers will be at the Philippine Literary Festival 2015 from August 28 to 30. 

The three-day event will feature talks, book signings and panel discussions by people in the publishing industry.

Headlining the festival are The Ten-Year Nap author Meg Wolitzer and Silver Linings Playbook author Matthew Quick, who will hold book signings and talks on August 29 and August 30, respectively. 

Meanwhile, head of Rappler’s investigative desk Chay Hofilena, Editor-in-Chief of Cosmopolitan Philippines and Summit Media editorial director Myrza Sison, and co-founder of New York Writers Workshop Tim Tomlinson, will also give a talk on the editing process on August 28, and will answer questions after.

Antoinette Jadaone, the writer-director behind That Thing Called Tadhana and a number of hit movies, will be also be giving a talk on the screenplay on August 29.
