La Fuerza by Kathrin Osmillo of Oto

1 1/2 oz of Don Papa Rum
1 oz kamias juice
3/4 oz strawberry-cinnamon puree
Honey, cinnamon powder, and cinnamon stick (for garnish)

Combine Don Papa, strawberry-cinnamon puree and kamias juice in a shaker. Shake all the ingredients and strain. Garnish with honey-cinnamon rim and cinnamon stick. Burn the end of cinnamon stick before serving.

45 ml of Don Papa Rum
10 ml orgeat syrup
7.5 ml grapefruit juice
5 ml campari
15 ml homemade piña shrub
30 ml toasted coconut cream

served in an ice block

In a shaker, combine Don Papa Rum infused with coconut butter. Add the remaining ingredients and fill with ice. Shake and double strain into a rocks glass with an ice block. Smoke with Cinnamon chips. Garnish with dehydrated banana and desiccated coconut.
