Up-close look: The new 2016 Belle de Jour Power Planners are here
The popular 'power planners' are back with new designs. Let's take a look!

MANILA, Philippines – Heads up! October is about to end, and it’s time to start checking out planners to start 2016 right.

The Belle de Jour (BDJ) Power Planner is a favorite for many busy women who are gearing up to take the year head-on. On their 10th year, BDJ is rolling out 3 different planner options for us to choose from, and their regular Power Planner also has 3 different cover options too.

To help you decide on your planner early, here’s a closer look at what BDJ has to offer for 2016:

Belle de Jour Power Planner (5.6 x 7.9 in)

This year, BDJ came out with 3 versions of their Power Planner: a smyth sewn version, a ring-bound version, and a leather cover version. Both the smyth sewn and the ring-bound ones have a matte laminated hard cover.

Other than  the covers and the price points, these all have the same features inside: an expandable back pocket, stickers for special dates, and 192 full-color pages.

Like in the previous years, the Power Planner was designed for the woman out to conquer the world. The planner has yearly, monthly and weekly views, with space for you to list down your personal errands and weekly goals.

This planner highlights accomplishing goals for the year and keeping track of everything on your plate with its Health Checklist, Menstrual Tracker, and Bills and Cashflow Tracker.

The Power Planner also comes with over P40,000 worth of coupons for brands like Revlon and Keds, and restaurants like Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf.

Price: Smyth and Spiral Hard Covers P598, Leather Cover P680

Tip: You can also get a Belle de Jour custom planner with your name on the cover for P698.

Petit Planner (4.17 x 5.51)

Belle de Jour is also offering up a mini version of their Power Planner, small and light enough to throw into your bag when you’re on the go.

This pared down version is stripped of all frills, but keeps the BDJ spirit. Aside from its yearly, monthly and weekly views, you also get a few pages to list down your “Big Ideas” and “Bucket List.”

Even though it’s small, this has 228 pages, so not only is there a lot of space to write in the weekly views, there are also extra pages for notes and goals at the end of each month.

Its thick paper cover is protected by a plastic cover, which also has a pocket that zips up, for all your important notes, cards, receipts, or tickets.

Price: P320

Desktop Planner (10.43 x 7.83 in)

Unlike most monthly calendars, Belle de Jour’s still allows you to plan out your day, week and month. This calendar has space after each week for any notes, lists, or goals you want to accomplish.

Aside from being undated, this calendar also divides up each day into morning, afternoon, and night, so you can fix your schedule as you see fit.

The calendar is protected by a hard cover, that allows it to stand on your desk when you fold it the right way.

Price: P350

Tip: If you’re looking to decorate and personalize your 2016 planner, BDJ is also releasing 5 washi tape designs for you to play around with. These designs range from cute to motivational, and are available for at P100 for 2 rolls or P150 for 3 rolls.

The BDJ planners are currently available online, and will officially launch at the “7th BDJ Fair: Share the Spark” on November 29. BDJ is also putting up a Pop Up Store at SM Megamall Atrium from October 23 to 25, so you can get your planners there too. In the meantime, you can check them out on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram for updates.
