16 Election day promos and discounts

MANILA, Philippines – Election day is just around the corner and many restaurants are offering discounts to anyone who exercises their right to vote on May 9.

While most are offering 10% discounts on their items for anyone with a finger marked with indelible ink, others buy-one-take-one offers and free upsizes too.

On Monday, May 9, voters nationwide will be choosing their next president, vice president, senators, and local leaders.

Find out where you can get discounts after you vote, below:

Enchanted Kingdom

Present a voter’s ID at Enchanted Kingdom from May 4 to May 15 and you can get 5 discounted day passes and 5 medium-sized buko delite shakes.

A regular day pass usually costs P600 on weekends and P500 on weekdays. The voters’ discounted rate is P535 for weekends and P455 for weekdays.

Tokyo Tonteki

Get 10% off your order at Tokyo Tonteki Greenbelt 5 on May 9 by showing your finger with indelible ink.

Marta’s Cakes

Vote early on May 9 and enjoy a 5% discount on cupcakes and 10% discount on cakes from 2 pm tp 6 pm on May 9. Just show your finger with indelible ink at any Marta’s Cakes branch.

Wild West Roadhouse Grill

The Wild West Roadhouse Grill is also offering a 10% discount on all items ordered on May 9 for anyone who can show them their finger with indelible ink.

Starbucks

Grab some coffee with a friend after you vote. Starbucks has a buy-one-take-one offer for their Roasted Caramel and Chocolate Hazelnut Macchiatos, just show your finger with indelible ink to the barista.

Head over to the 7/11 stores at Libertad Street, corner Harrison Street, Pasay City and corner Burgos, Pasay City with your indelible mark to get a free 12 ounce GULP. 

 

The Halal Guys

Get P100 off your small gyro and chicken combo platter at The Halal Guys. The promo started on May 2 and will end on May 9, election day.

Cara Mia Cakes and Gelato

Buy one and get another free scoop of gelato at Cara Mia when you show your finger with indelible ink to the server.

Chili’s

Flash your voting finger on May 9 at Chili’s and enjoy 10% off all items.

Nanbantei of Tokyo

Get 10% off all items at Nanbantei by showing your voting finger to the server.

 

Dairy Queen

Your finger with indelible ink can also get you a free upsize at Dairy Queen. Order a regular-sized blizzard and get a medium instead by showing the server your voting finger.

Get 50% off your Cold White Brew by showing the barista the post below and proof that you voted.

 

Tenya

Show your ink at Tenya and get 20% off your total bill.

Big B

Get Big B’s 50% beef and 50% bacon burger for P50 on May 9, just show them your finger with indelible ink. The promo is only available from 5 pm to 8 pm on May 9.

Ministop

Be one of the first 50 customers with indelible ink at any Ministop branch on May 9 and get a free Coke Mismo (300 mL).
