Local ice cream brand Sebastian’s has launched new offerings just in time for the holidays, with one of them being their first premium ice cream cakes.

Sebastian’s ice cream cakes combine a freshly-baked layer of soft, moist cake with an equally thick layer of Sebastian’s creamy ice cream, topped with a variety of ingredients that all work together, the Sebastian’s way.

They have 3 flavors as of now: the adorably festive Birthday Cake, which has a vanilla cake base and cake batter ice cream, topped with a pink white choco drizzle, pastillas, and rainbow sprinkles.

For those that love chocolate (especially the dark kind), Sebastian’s Dark Chocolate Decadence Cake is a must-try – a rich chocolate cake is paired with dark chocolate ice cream and an almond praline, topped with salty treats that balance the sweetness: chocolate-covered potato chips, pretzels, and caramel popcorn.

Sebastian’s also has a Pastillas De Leche cake, made with a tres leches-like ice cream, condensed milk-soaked vanilla cake, and topped with pastillas and a salted white chocolate drizzle.

Each 9″ ice cream cake costs P1,650, and can serve 5-6 persons.

If ice cream sandwiches are more your thing, Sebastian’s also has a different variant to their popular Chilly Burgers – the Crinkle Chilly Burgers, which have their ice cream sandwiched by two home-baked chocolate crinkle cookies. You can choose from either white chocolate, muscovado, or peppermint ice cream, which all work well with the soft cookies. Each sandwich costs P140.
