MANILA, Philippines – Twitter announced a number of kill dates for some of its services, allowing the company to focus its efforts and provide better code for the platforms the microblogging phenomenon will support.

Following earlier news of Twitter decomissioning Tweetdeck for Adobe AIR, Android, and iPhone, it seems Twitter has formalized a May 7 kill date for those 3 functions, according to The Next Web. Twitter will also be shutting off Facebook Integration to all TweetDeck products on that day.

The Twitter Developers Blog also has more news, as Twitter will also be ending its support of Internet Explorer 6 and 7 when May 13 rolls around.
