How senatorial candidates voted on RH bill
MANILA, Philippines - Is the Reproductive Health bill an election issue? Hard to say if one looks at the votes of senatorial candidates running in the May 2013 elections.
Based on the tally of votes for the measure, 6 senatorial bets were in favor the RH bill while 5 were against it.
Both chambers of Congress passed the bill on final reading on Monday night.
