MANILA, Philippines (UPDATED as of 5:50 pm) – Heavy rain and thunderstorms on Tuesday afternoon, September 10, caused flooding in many parts of Metro Manila, making certain streets impassable to vehicles. 

Here’s the rolling list of flooded areas based on updates from the Metro Manila Development Authority and reports from social media:
