Under court rules, Muntinlupa Judge Liezel Acquiatan has to resolve by February De Lima's demurrer to evidence in 2 of her 3 charges for conspiracy to commit drug trading.
If those are granted, and she is cleared in two cases, De Lima's lawyers hope she can be granted bail in the third and last case soon after.
