MANILA, Philippines – Tropical Depression Kiko has maintained its strength as it moves towards extreme Northern Luzon, state weather bureau PAGASA said Monday night, September 4.
In its 11 pm bulletin, the center of the tropical depression was estimated at 365 km east of Casiguran, Aurora, moving west northwest at 17 km/h.
