MANILA, Philippines – The whole country will still be partly cloudy to cloudy on Saturday, April 2, according to state weather bureau PAGASA. 

In its 5 pm bulletin Friday, April 1, PAGASA said partly cloudy to cloudy skies will bring isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly over the eastern section.  

The ridge of a high pressure area is extending over Northern Luzon, while easterlies are affecting the eastern section of Central Luzon, Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

Light to moderate winds blowing from the east to southeast will prevail over Northern Luzon, and from the east to northeast over the rest of the country. Coastal waters throughout the archipelago will still be slight to moderate.
