MANILA, Philippines – Cloudy skies will persist over Visayas, Mindanao, and parts of Luzon on Saturday, October 29, according to state weather bureau PAGASA.

In its 5 pm bulletin on Friday, October 28, PAGASA said these skies will bring light to moderate rains and thunderstorms over Visayas, Mindanao, Bicol Region, Calabarzon, and Mimaropa. 

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. 

An intertropical convergence zone is still affecting Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao. 

Moderate to strong winds will blow from the northeast over Luzon, causing moderate to rough seas. Elsewhere, coastal waters will be slight to moderate as light to moderate winds blow from the northeast to north. – Rappler.com
