MANILA, Philippines – Partly cloudy to cloudy skies will watch over the entire Philippines on Sunday, April 27, according to state weather bureau PAGASA.

In its April 26, 5 pm bulletin, the agency said these clouds are likely to bring isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening.

Luzon and Visayas will experience light to moderate winds blowing from the east to northeast. Similarly mild winds from the northeast are expected to prevail over Mindanao.

Coastal waters across the country will be slight to moderate.
