Computer Games Change Brain for the Better

Most often than not computer games are seen for their disadvantages than their benefits. But more and more research suggests that video games actually improve one’s creativity, decision-making ability, and hand-eye coordination. A multi-billion industry computer games supposedly stimulate a rare combination of concentration and neurotransmitters strengthen neural circuits – strength training like weight lifting does for the muscles.
 
But research also shows that gaming has its downside, including depression, being prone to obesity.
