But more and more research suggests that video games actually improve one’s creativity, decision-making ability, and hand-eye coordination. A multi-billion industry computer games supposedly stimulate a rare combination of concentration and neurotransmitters strengthen neural circuits – strength training like weight lifting does for the muscles.
But research also shows that gaming has its downside, including depression, being prone to obesity.
