Naalala kong kinwestiyon ko itong last minute, dapat may koordinasyon, may sapat na oras para ma operationalize kung anuman itong koordinasyon na ito. And lastly, he recounted that he told Gen. (Legally it would be referred to as hearsay, but as I have no reason to doubt the President I just repeated it for the information of all.
In which he said, I told them to coordinate with AFP. I questioned the last minute procedure. There should be ample time to operationalize the coordination for this plan.
And lastly, he recounted that he told Gen. Purisima to inform Dindo. He is the OIC and he will be accountable. He should be aware of that.)
