MANILA, Philippines - Award-winning pop-classical British quartet Blake arrived in Manila on November 30 on board Qatar Airlines flight QR646 from the United Kingdom via Doha, Qatar.
They will be in the country for two weeks for a series of performances at the Ayala Malls.
Blake is composed of Oliver Baines (tenor), Stephen Bowman (bass-baritone), Jules Knight (baritone) and Humphrey Berney (tenor). They are former schoolmates who decided to form the group 6 months after finding one another on Facebook.
Blake's self-titled debut album was released in 2007. They have had 3 albums since: And So It Goes (2008), Together (2009) and Together: Special Edition (2010).
Knight was linked to Filipino actress KC Concepcion earlier this year when the two went on a dinner date in March when the group was also here. It was followed by exchanges over Twitter.
He also went to the same school as the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge — St. Andrews in Scotland. - Rappler.com
