Xian Lim moves to GMA

Xian Lim has made the move to GMA Network.

In an interview on 24 Oras, the newly minted Kapuso star said: “I feel really happy and very excited na nandito ako (that I’m here)…. I’m really grateful sa lahat ng nangyayari (for everything that’s happening).”

Xian, who is managed by VIVA Artists Agency, was previously with ABS-CBN, where he most recently starred in the teleserye Love Thy Woman that ran from February to September 2020.

The actor’s network transfer comes over a week after it was confirmed that he would be starring in the upcoming GMA series Love. Die. Repeat with Jennylyn Mercado. 

The network has yet to announce when the series will air.

Aside from the teleserye, Xian looks forward to hosting projects.

“Hosting pageants, hosting game shows is something very close to me,” he said on 24 Oras.

Xian rose to fame in 2009, when he was cast in the ABS-CBN teleserye Katorse. He remained with the Kapamilya network until his GMA transfer, and was previously signed with ABS-CBN’s talent management arm Star Magic. – Rappler.com
