Youtube sensation and America’s Got Talent Season 5 semi-finalisr Lindsey Stirling will be performing for free at the Alabang Town Center.

Side-A Concert for a Cause

August 20, Music Museum

One of the Philippines’ most famous musical acts will be holding a concert for the benefit of kids with cancer being aided by the iHelp Foundation.

Ballet Manila: Tatlo Pang Kwento ni Lola Basyang

Opens August 23 at the Aliw Theater.

Luz Fernandez will be playing the iconic story teller’s character as she and Ballet Manila tell the audience three classic tales through dance.

Pamana

Opens on August 21, Meralco Theater


Pamana is a docu-musical dedicated to the late Sen Benigno Aquino and former President Cory Aquino. It tells the story of a family and its 3 generations recalling the events that transpired during the EDSA revolution.

Ritual World

August 22-25, 29-31, September 1

The Shaharazade Theater Company, an up and coming independent theater group, will continue showing RitualWorld (but this time, in a different venue) — a theater piece showcasing rituals from five different countries, aiming to explore humanity within an everchanging society.

Singaporean Food Fest

Love Asian food? Dusit Thani Manila is having a Singaporean Food Fest at its Basix All-Day Dining Restaurant. The buffet spread features Nonya Laksa, Singaporean Chili Crab, Bak KutTeh, Nasi Lemak, Nasi Goreng, Char KwayTeow, among other Singaporean favorites and will last until August 18.
