MANILA, Philippines – Bittersweet chocolate topped with torched marshmallow cream and a sprinking of chocolate powder – Pufft knows how to get hot chocolate right.

They also know how to get marshmallows right. Pufft chef and managing partner Meg Hornsby-Bates, who took up her culinary studies at the University of Saint Benilde and in the United Kingdom, has perfected the mallow flavor she’s dreamed of since she was a child.

Today, Meg sells her hand-made gooey tidbits at the 3rd floor cinema area of Uptown Mall BGC.

Aside from their hot chocolate (P150), Pufft’s other sticky goodies include marshmallow-stuffed cannolis (P100 for two) and pure marshmallows in a variety of flavors (P280 for a 6-piece gift box, P50 for singles).

Their best-sellers are honeycomb and chocolate, salted caramel, and chocolate cookies and cream, but many more flavors are available in their standard 2-inch squared cubes.
