Sony Pictures Entertainment and Thailand-based attractions developer Amazon Falls collaborated to create the 14-acre theme park, which will include rides and attractions both water and land-based, inspired by various Sony films and iconic characters.

Among their attractions are the following:

  • Men in Black Thrill Rides – This attraction will feature water coaster rides, one of which involves a 12-meter free-fall that descends into the MIB Wormhole.
  • Ghostbusters Supernatural Experience – This ride showcases the Ghostbusters portal through a water rafting experience in a fully enclosed water dome.
  • Bad Boys Raceway – This is Aquaverse’s version of a go-kart ride with a neon Miami-themed course.
  • Jumanji Jungle Adventure – This Jumanji-themed wild jungle attraction features water slides and the famous Jaguar Mountain where goers can experience being chased by Mandrills before splashing into a pool.
  • Hotel Transylvania Kid-Friendly Zone – As Aquaverse’s biggest water park attraction, this zone showcases over 100 water features, splash buckets, and water rockets, among others.
  • Surf’s Up in Surfer’s Paradise – Amusement park goers can enjoy surfing in this ride through a dual Flowrider.
  • Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs Swallow Falls River Adventure – This ride is Aquaverse’s version of a lazy river where goers can meet the Foodimals featured in the film.
  • VIVO Wave Pool – Inspired by Sony’s upcoming animated musical, this attraction is Aquaverse’s giant wave pool feature. This attraction is where artists can host events and live shows.

Aquaverse will also host live entertainment shows, interactive props, immersive movie sets, themed restaurants, and specialty merchandise.
