MANILA, Philippines - Four million locals and tourists converged to Cebu City on January 20 for the Grand Parade of the 33rd Sinulog festival, also known as #Sinulog2013.
The festival, also referred to as Sinulog sa Sugbo (of Cebu), is a month-long celebration that began in December 2012 with a street fair, fun run, and other cultural activities.

The Grand Parade saw 142 contingents — some of them coming from outside Cebu City — compete for the honor of best float or best street dance group of the year.
