Charlene Gonzalez gets emotional as son Andres leaves to study in Spain

Actress Charlene Gonzalez flooded her Instagram feed with photos of her son Andres on Monday, January 18 as she sent him off to college in Spain.

“As a mom, you imagine & know that someday, that day will come but you always think it’s too far away for it to be a reality,” the actress wrote in the caption of one photo.

“As you leave for college today in Spain, know that we love you very much and we are super proud of you Andres,” she said, explaining that it was a difficult decision to make to study on campus during the pandemic.

“But you really wanted to continue your studies on campus and as parents we will be here to support & guide you every step of the way,” she said.

She went on to say “We love you Andres & thank you for always being so kind & for continuously making us proud. Your dad, mama & sister love you so much” and wished him the best time.

Andres is one of Charlene’s twin children with husband Aga Muhlach. He and sister Atasha were born in May 2001. Charlene shared that Atasha is currently studying at a United Kingdom university, but is taking classes online due to the lockdown. She will be studying on campus for the next school year. – Rappler.com
